At the Skate Park

expression on Rainer's face.

It is almost the end of summer vacation and Mom and Dad need a break. So the older two children get kicked out of the house to the park to play.

Amanda finally got the nerve up to ride down this ramp. It took a lot of courage for her to do it and we were proud of her when she finally did.

We are also proud of the courage Mason showed trying to get up this ramp. He took three valiant attempts at it. This was the last attempt. I think we decided the best way to attack is to try and go up at and angle instead of straight up. We'll see. If you listen you can hear Rainer shout, "GO!" right at the beginning of the video.

He scraped his hip, hurt both of his wrists and popped one of his front teeth on the handle bar. He was fine though and was back riding at the park within a couple of hours. To prove he was fine, the picture at the top of this post was taken after his video was, and see, he still has all his teeth and everything.
