Lullaby Duet

Tanner was so tired last night. Just to give you an idea, he didn't wake at all during the night to eat--he didn't even stir until 5 am.

He was so tired that he was having a hard time falling asleep. As I was feeding him, I sang a little made up lullaby.

At some point he joined in. It was really cute. I wish we had taken video of it because it wasn't just the singing that was cute, he also thought he needed to put his fingers in my mouth while I was singing. I guess he figured that since his mouth was busy doing something else, that my mouth could suck on his fingers for him. Needless to say, that made it rather hard for me to continue singing.

He is such a funny boy!
